Print queues will get stuck in a ‘paused’ state PaperCut MF/NG Print Provider and Secondary Server Note that there were further issues with the 20.1.1 build, including not being able to authenticate to the user/admin web interface if using an account configured on the local macOS (local admin account or other directory sources work fine).
